Your responsibilities:


  • Supervision of projects and support of project management in the bidding and execution phase, both from a technical and economic perspective
  • Tendering and awarding of planning services
  • Coordination of specialist planners (architecture, structural engineering, building services) and review of planning specifications
  • Managing plan delivery lists (planning of planning)
  • Conducting material selections
  • Participation in schedule planning
  • Preparation of additional contracts

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in planning coordination or construction management of building projects is an advantage
  • Technical understanding, organizational skills and communication skills
  • Resultsoriented, responsible and a team player
  • Mobility, flexibility and resilience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CAD programs and ideally RIB iTWO
