    Provide continuous direction for the safety/fire technicians and trainers working in the region. Manage customer expectations regarding proprietary technology and its application to their safety needs. Supply senior management with details as it relates to day-to-day business activities. Manage regional growth and profitability. Maintain the operations schedule weekly.

    Perform duties of a trainer, safety/fire technician, rescue technician and any other duty related to operations as needed by "leading from the front".
