Description
We are currently seeking a full-time employee (39 hours per week) for the department 5- Civil Engineering at the Progress, PA municipal yard.
The position is also suitable for part-time work (minimum 50% of full-time hours). The position is initially temporary, with the possibility of long-term employment based on performance. The workplace is located at the county yard in Aichach-Ecknach.Your responsibilities include:
All administrative tasks within the county yard, including:
- Participation in budget planning
- Maintenance and evaluation of operational data in the yard management software
- Conducting tenders for supplies and services
- Processing accident damage and external operational services
- Performing organizational tasks and supporting the yard management with administrative duties
We expect from you:
- Training as a administrative assistant or clerk with the first professional examination; alternatively, successfully completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. office management, industrial management)
- Knowledge of the Bavarian Road and Path Act (BayStrWG), procurement law (VOB/A and UVgO), and public sector accounting (KommHV-K) is advantageous
- Understanding of technical processes is beneficial
- Enjoyment of independent work
- Ability to handle high workloads
- Teamwork skills
- Reliability
- Proficiency in Windows operating system and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
