    We are looking for an experienced, Property Maintenance Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of maintenance operations, ensuring projects and repairs are completed on-schedule and with quality results.


    As Property Maintenance Manager, you will:

    Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of residential complexes, including taking preventive and corrective measures to ensure the physical structures remain safe and comfortable

    Ensure maintenance operations are in compliance with applicable health and safety regulations

    Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel to ensure accurate and timely progress on projects and repairs

    Work closely with the asset manager to plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules

    Identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment malfunctions

    Oversee and inspect buildings and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations

    Manage the purchase of maintenance supplies and equipment

    Track and control maintenance budgets

    Qualified candidates should possess:

    5 years of experience in facility maintenance management

    Working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical systems

    Ability to implement and adhere to health and safety regulations

    High degree of organization and attention to detail

    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
