I am a small cleaning company looking to grow, I currently have 2 offices, 2 churches, and a bar, and growing.

I am seeking a cleaner to join my team You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

I'm currently looking for someone to help with coverage about a total of 15-20hrs a week


MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AND BE RELIABLE
Must have OWN reliable transportation

I have a location in Santa Monica that I need help cleaning. It is in an area not close to public transit

Must be vaccinated


Responsibilities:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs

Perform routine maintenance tasks

Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot

Organize custodial closets and spaces

Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up

Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts


Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is a plus

Ability to work well under mínimal supervision

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Friendly with good customer service skills

Able to lift 40 lbs

Self Starter
