YOUR TASKS:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems in the building
  • Independent inspections, maintenance, testing, and repairs of building technology and electronic systems, including troubleshooting
  • Customer-oriented handling of malfunctions and digital documentation of completed tasks using mobile devices
  • Independent and proactive resolution of malfunctions and optimization of operations in the building, as well as repairs and maintenance according to current regulations

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Technical education in the field of electrical engineering, for example as an electrician or energy systems electronics technician
  • Experience in building technology and electronic systems
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Good communication skills and customer orientation
  • Knowledge of current regulations for repairs and maintenance
