Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team.

The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products.

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against shipping documents.

Unload, sort, and stack materials or products in designated areas.

Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness and orderliness.

Store materials and products in appropriate locations, ensuring efficient use of space.

Retrieve items from storage areas based on pick lists or customer orders.

Pack and prepare orders for delivery or shipment according to company standards.

Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips and shipping labels.

Assist with loading trucks or containers for outgoing shipments.

Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.

Report any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.

Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to supervisors.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding warehouse operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.

Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.

Pay:
$ $22.98 per hour
