The Reisach Clinics, acute clinics for psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy, are a privately owned family business with two locations in the Stiefenhofen and Oberstdorf region. We are currently looking for a full-time ASSISTANT CHIEF PHYSICIAN (m/f/d) for our location in Oberstdorf (Adula Clinic).

Your tasks

  • Organization of the chief physician team and secretariat
  • Representation of the team and clinic with commitment and warmth
  • Leadership, creation of protocols, documentation and statistics
  • Admission and care of patients with private medical services
  • Billing of private medical inpatient services
  • General secretarial tasks, appointment coordination, duty and vacation planning

Your profile

  • Very good IT skills, especially in all MS Office applications
  • Completed, relevant vocational training with experience in a comparable position in the healthcare sector
  • High level of organizational talent and communication skills, empathy and enjoyment of working with people
