For our branch in 71540 Murrhardt, we are looking for a

Sales Support Employee - Sales Counter (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

Serving and advising our professional and private customers at our building materials counter or over the phone is one of your main responsibilities.
You will create quotes, ensure regular followup and handle order processing.
You will promote the expansion of existing and new customer relationships through your competent, reliable and friendly work style.
Together with your colleagues, you will implement advertising and sales promotion measures and improve product presentation at the branch.
In case of any issues, you will handle complaints in cooperation with colleagues, customers and suppliers.

Your qualifications:

A commercial apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), retail merchant (m/f/d) or qualified experience in selling building materials
Understanding of craftsmanship and a confident, friendly demeanor
Strong customer orientation and sales talent
Enjoyment of working in a team
