the gastronomy business, supplying authorities, canteens, and offices, as well as operating our own beverage stores in Berlin and Brandenburg.

The company now employs over 90 employees.

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) in full-time for our location in Lichterfelde, Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

Creating new customer accounts
Managing price and condition changes for customers
Monitoring price and condition changes
Entering new customers into our system
Creating quotes
Handling customer inquiries and complaints
Setting and processing bonuses and compensation (for customers and industry) and verifying invoices
Creating and updating catalogs
Implementing industry price increases
Managing and creating promotions (Gastivo/own flyer)
Analyzing statistics for management, field sales representatives, and customers
Assisting with the online ordering platform (Gastivo)
Managing supplier relationships (listing and condition changes)
Collaborating with management, sales management, field sales, logistics, and industry partners
Creating lists of nonbuyers and identifying gaps in the product range
Cleaning up the system (master data and prices)
Sales controlling
