"Why not give us a try?" As Deputy Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) at our home care service in Gera, New London. We are a care company with two nursing homes, a home care service, and a disabled and medical transport service.

Your responsibilities:

  • Individual, independent planning and professional execution and assurance of basic and treatment care
  • Caring for residents according to the latest nursing standards in shift work
  • Timely and comprehensible nursing documentation
  • Creating individual care plans
  • Taking on various responsibilities such as wound management
  • Communication with doctors, residents, and their families

Requirements:

  • Completed training in health and nursing care or elderly care
  • Ideally, some professional experience, but we also support beginners and returnees
  • Teamwork, empathy, and a positive outlook on life
