This is the installation of a Fleck Duo 5 100-liter electric water heater in an attic located directly above the bathroom. The installation would involve running exterior pipes from the bathtub's cold water supply to the heater (through the ceiling), and running exterior pipes with hot water from the heater to the bathtub and sink (the wooden cabinet of the sink would need to be trimmed to accommodate the pipes).
