**Your responsibilities

As a Personnel Deployment Planner (m/f/d) in the Financial Services department, you will bring a commercial education or completed studies to our team.
Ideally, you have gained professional experience in the areas of disposition, recruitment, personnel or applicant management, or project business.
You have a good command of the common MS Office products Excel, Word, and Outlook.
In addition, you have IT affinity for using inhouse programs in capacity management.
You are characterized by a strong service and customeroriented mindset.
Your qualifications are rounded off by a high degree of teamwork and excellent communication skills.

You work together with the Financial Services Disposition team and advise our partners and managers on disposition issues.
You ensure data maintenance in a KPMG internally developed tool and support monitoring compliance with the disposition guidelines.
For the demandoriented staffing of our projects with suitable colleagues, you make a qualified preselection of potential candidates using intelligent algorithms. To do this, you support the requests from the engagement managers using the tool and then develop proposals for disposition.
