    Restaurant Server / Bartender Overview:

    As a Restaurant Server / Bartender you will interact with guests to ensure exemplary service in an efficient manner. Taking orders, serving food and drinks, answer inquiries about the menu, while working with the kitchen staff to ensure a correct food order is presented to the guests. Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.

    Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and connects with every customer. Discover customer's needs and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
  • Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant or Hotel functions and services
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in POS system.
  • Prepare coffee barista drinks, specialty drinks and food orders utilizing Turbo Chef
  • Perform running side work and opening & closing duties throughout your shift as required by service station assignment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.
  • Ability to mix drinks and experiment.
  • Plan and develop drink menus.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit cards transactions, ensuring accurate charge and cash drawer is balanced.
