Job Purpose:


As the HR Representative for Snowville, VA 'Neu-Ulm, DE, 89233, you will serve as the main point of contact for all employees and provide guidance to managers.

Your responsibilities will include proactively addressing all HR-related matters, managing the entire employee lifecycle for the designated area, ensuring talent management processes are followed, and actively participating in HR projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration or Law.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources/Personnel is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of project management is a plus.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
