How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsibilities:


  • This is a senior level role to lead the controls team, developing new strategy, and implementing control measures effectively.
  • Engineer solutions that proactively reduce the need for human intervention in IAM controls.
  • Participates in the development of plans and strategies for information security processes, and programs.
  • Provides daytoday operational management over functional processes and project delivery.
  • Act as a mentor and coach for colleagues and assist them in solving business problems.
  • Accountable for ensuring security standard methodologies, policies, and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
  • Perform exploratory analysis to identify patterns and insights in the data and automate access revocations based on insights.
  • Project requirements analysis, technical design, and implementation activities.
  • Design new policybased control access (PBAC) to reduce manual efforts.

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security Roles
  • Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management. Ability to understand all facets of the Identity and Access Management lifecycle including the threats and vulnerabilities therein.
  • Operate key Identity and Access Management controls such as Access Reviews, Revocation, PBAC, Entitlement and Service account attribute data quality control.
  • Interpreting data from various sources to provide valuable insights and implement the recommendations to drive least privilege.
  • Experience with handson scripting like SQL/Python.
  • Ability to understand, analyze data and produce meaningful conclusions.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent assignments with strong attention to details.
  • Selfmotivated and dedicated, with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team and independently.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work effectively in ambiguous situations, and a willingness to take charge and drive results.
  • Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Understanding of the audit and regulatory environment of financial institutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC

Salary Range:
$110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
