How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsibilities:

This is a senior level role to lead the controls team, developing new strategy, and implementing control measures effectively.
Engineer solutions that proactively reduce the need for human intervention in IAM controls.
Participates in the development of plans and strategies for information security processes, and programs.
Provides daytoday operational management over functional processes and project delivery.
Act as a mentor and coach for colleagues and assist them in solving business problems.
Accountable for ensuring security standard methodologies, policies, and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Perform exploratory analysis to identify patterns and insights in the data and automate access revocations based on insights.
Project requirements analysis, technical design, and implementation activities.
Design new policybased control access (PBAC) to reduce manual efforts.

Minimum qualifications

5+ years of experience in Information Security Roles
Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management. Ability to understand all facets of the Identity and Access Management lifecycle including the threats and vulnerabilities therein.
Operate key Identity and Access Management controls such as Access Reviews, Revocation, PBAC, Entitlement and Service account attribute data quality control.
Interpreting data from various sources to provide valuable insights and implement the recommendations to drive least privilege.
Experience with handson scripting like SQL/Python.
Ability to understand, analyze data and produce meaningful conclusions.
Demonstrate ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent assignments with strong attention to details.
Selfmotivated and dedicated, with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team and independently.
Ability to learn quickly, work effectively in ambiguous situations, and a willingness to take charge and drive results.
Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Understanding of the audit and regulatory environment of financial institutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC

Salary Range:
$110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
