The Position:

Pool Scouts is a company dedicated to providing a safe and reliable work environment for all of its employees. We offer year round employment and we are looking for a part-time to full-time pool repair technician.

Pool Scouts is looking for a year-round high-quality
pool maintenance specialist with a natural work ethic, a positive/flexible attitude, and experience or an apptitude in the field.

In addition to the regular duties of a pool technician, the pool maintenance specialist would also be required to make minor repairs to the pool as necessary.

Our technicians are responsible for providing top notch services and positive customer experience for each of our valued clients.

Requirements:

We would prefer someone with at least six months experience in making minor pool repairs. If you have transferable repair experience we can train you on pool equipment.
Possess a willingness to do the job right and take pride in your work
Be willing to submit to a nationwide background check.
Should be _available_ to work 7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. at least two days per week or more as the role grows
Must have a valid Texas driver's license without restrictions, having your own truck is a plus.
Ability to work for long periods of time in extreme outdoor temperatures.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
