High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years in supply chain, operations, warehousing, inventory control or related experience
  • 3+ years working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
  • 3+ years of team management
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Ability to pass Kennedy Space Center background checks
  • Valid Driver's license and able to satisfy Amazon driver eligibility criteria
  • With or without reasonable accommodations, must be able to lift up to 49 pounds on some occasions, stand/walk for up to 810 hours (with breaks), and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.


Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO).

Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for receiving, inventory and warehousing operations at the Payload Processing Facility (PPF)
  • Execute Transportation related SOPs related to warehousing and inventory activities at the PPF
  • Accurately track and account for all inventory located at the PPF warehouse
  • Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually receive and manage material
  • Efficiently deliver material to PPF stakeholders, both physically and virtually
  • Meet operational metrics related to warehouse receiving and inventory activities
  • Attend weekly business reviews with stakeholders
  • Receive shipments involving 3rd party suppliers
  • Effectively communicate high priority matters with leadership
  • Interface with PPF personnel and ensure material flow is planned and executed
  • Shift schedule will vary, depending on production/launch schedules
  • Coordinate trailer or container movements within the PPF Yard
  • Lead team of Logistics Coordinators
  • Operate equipment including: forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand cart
  • Role requires up to 15% travel
