CRM/systems Specialist - Chicago, United States - Phius

Phius is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting high-performance passive buildings as the new standard. Passive buildings consume significantly less energy compared to traditional ones, while offering superior comfort, health, indoor air quality, and affordability.

Phius caters to various groups such as architects, builders, engineers, developers, and construction teams. The organization provides training programs, professional certification, building energy standard certification, and conducts research.

We are looking for a meticulous and technically proficient CRM Specialist to join our team.

• Get a solid grasp of Phius' core activities: training, certification, education, building certification, membership, community building, and research.
• Aid each team in maximizing productivity and enhancing user experience through CRM management.
• Oversee the CRM and user portal interface used by Phius Alliance members, certified professionals, and project submitters.
• Offer system administration support, especially regarding user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
• Develop and optimize workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes to meet the organization's evolving requirements.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze data to provide insights into team operations, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Help identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors to maintain data integrity.
• Support the team in daily issue resolution, bug fixing, and end-user assistance.

• Bachelor's Degree with a strong analytical and technical background.
• 2+ years of CRM Administration experience, preferably with Zoho.
• Proven ability to manage and configure CRM systems, including custom modules, workflows, and permissions.
• Familiarity with automating business processes, creating reports and dashboards, data structure, and analysis.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge in network administration.
• Familiarity with Adobe React.
• Self-motivated individual eager to work in a dynamic environment and expand responsibilities.
• Interest in or experience with architecture, engineering, or construction.
