As part of the German Market Management team, you will be the main point of contact for our distribution partners.

You will support cross-functional underwriting teams, handle external inquiries or issues, and identify new potential areas for growth. Internally, you will take on project work or tasks to further develop QBE as an organization.

Your responsibilities:
Developing new distribution partner and customer relationships, as well as expanding existing connections.

Preparing and conducting regular meetings with our strategic partners by creating reports and analyses.

Developing and implementing the sales and service strategy for QBE's business in Germany.

Monitoring the market and providing in-house consulting to further develop the product portfolio.

Maintaining relevant broker data in existing inventory, CRM, and control systems.

Defining key performance indicators and ongoing monitoring.

Ownership and monitoring of typical sales-related business risks.

Your qualifications:
Completed studies as an insurance specialist, business administration degree, or equivalent qualification.
