YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring quality and timely processing of customer orders in the automotive sector
  • Acting as a contact person (m/f/d) for internal and external customers regarding order status, product availability, and pricing
  • Creating customer forecasts and mapping them in SAP
  • Analyzing order processes for current trends and issues and developing corresponding measures
  • Monitoring inventory in consignment warehouses (e.g. inventory taking and deviation analysis)
  • Handling complaints, processing claims, and issuing credit and debit notes
  • Managing and maintaining the customer portal and other systems
  • Reporting to the manager and participating in upcoming audits
