We are in growth mode and looking for seasoned Sr Tax Mangers with excellent experience working with C Corp, flagship clients.
    ***Fully REMOTE model that we are committed to forever and we have employees spread out across the country (Will fly people in for events and company get togethers several times a year but not required).

    You will be providing tax planning, consulting, and compliance activities to key regional clients - These will be high profile roles where you'll have opportunity to take advantage of industry best firm resources in order to provide first class customer experiences.

    • Excellent career growth opportunityWhat You Will Be Doing-Review and manage tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations, for all entity types with a focus on C Corps-Review financial statements and perform accounting and adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and client books and records
    • Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability
    • Manage and monitor client deliverables and due dates
    • Prepare or review complex U.
    S. and state individual income, gift tax, and estate tax returns

    • Conduct complex tax research and prepare memorandum outlining findings and conclusions
    • Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquires, and tax notices
    • Communicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax matters
    • Lead department in knowledge of software, processes, and workflowsWhat You Need for this Position 10+ years minimum of relevant experience
    • Experience in individual tax compliance, planning
    • Tax research experience (RIA)
    • Outgoing and friendly personality a team player
    • Forwardthinking and always looking for ways to improve, learn, and grow
