- Assist in providing oversight, guidance, and execution of project management office (PMO) functions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Offer consultative support to our eCommerce team and business partners by identifying optimization opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the development of artifacts, templates, guidance, and training materials to standardize and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives and deliverables.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of analytic tools to drive data-driven eCommerce decisions.
- Support the continuous improvement of processes by regularly assessing performance and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align eCommerce initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on project management methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, project management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in expanding skills and knowledge in eCommerce and project management.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies or other project management frameworks.
- Previous experience in a consultative or advisory role.
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, and SEO.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
