The Job

As our Banquet Server, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the face of our catering events. We are looking for a new team member to work AM/PM shifts. In this position, you serve top-notch food and beverage with class and style.

Requirements

To be successful as our new Banquet Server you:

• Are eager to learn and take pride in your work.
• Seek to work in a beautiful hotel where you constantly meet new people.
• Are reliable, have a flexible mind-set and like to smile.
• Minimum 2 years previous food and beverage service experience required.
• Highly professional appearance, ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Perform under pressure effectively for extensive periods of time while maintaining professionalism.
• Able to work weeknights, weekends and holidays if required by business levels.
• Obtain any government required license or certificate, Food Handler's Permit, TIPS certification.
• CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred.
