KPMG IT Service GmbH is the IT consultant and service provider of KPMG AG. Together with your team, you will be responsible for IT procurement and purchasing management.

Your tasks

You work on organizing our internal purchasing and procurement processes and take on coordinating tasks.
Checking requirements and obtaining quotes from external providers, as well as creating a digital shopping cart, are part of your daily tasks.
You are the first point of contact for all KPMG employees regarding procurement management, together with your colleagues.
You support in the procurement of hardware and software, as well as the commissioning of external services.
You also contribute to structuring, prioritizing, and preparing information.
Communication and coordination within KPMG ITS at all decisionmaking levels are part of your work.

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or alternatively a degree in business administration or a related field.
IT knowledge is not required, but is advantageous.
As a communication talent, you can confidently use both German and English in spoken and written form.
Relevant professional experience in purchasing and assistant roles is advantageous, but not mandatory.
You have excellent time management
