Your tasks

  • You work on organizing our internal purchasing and procurement processes and take on coordinating tasks.
  • Checking requirements and obtaining quotes from external providers, as well as creating a digital shopping cart, are part of your daily tasks.
  • You are the first point of contact for all KPMG employees regarding procurement management, together with your colleagues.
  • You support in the procurement of hardware and software, as well as the commissioning of external services.
  • You also contribute to structuring, prioritizing, and preparing information.
  • Communication and coordination within KPMG ITS at all decisionmaking levels are part of your work.

Your profile



  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or alternatively a degree in business administration or a related field.
  • IT knowledge is not required, but is advantageous.
  • As a communication talent, you can confidently use both German and English in spoken and written form.
  • Relevant professional experience in purchasing and assistant roles is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • You have excellent time management
