We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations in a safe and timely manner.

This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.


Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
• Load and unload products onto the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery receipts and any discrepancies or damages
• Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or changes in delivery schedule

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of local roads and routes
• Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience with refrigerated trailers, tractortrailers, or forklifts is a plus
• Commercial driving experience is preferred
