The UX/UI Specialist is responsible for supporting, designing, and developing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for a variety of automotive products and services in McMechen, WV.


In this role, you will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with developers to implement final designs.

You will also work with the product team to ensure that the user experience aligns with the product's goals and objectives.


Your responsibilities:


  • Develop user personas and scenarios
  • Gather, document, and analyze user requirements
  • Propose and create user stories
  • Conduct usability testing
  • Collaborate with developers to implement user requirements
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas
  • Work with developers to implement final designs
  • Collaborate with other members of the product team to ensure a cohesive user experience
  • Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices
  • Stay updated on the latest usability principles and best practices

What we are looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in design, humancomputer interaction, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
  • Experience with a variety of UX/UI design tools and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with user research methods
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
  • Experience with frontend development
