The Ocean import operation/Customer Service Rep. is responsible for processing import shipments from A to Z.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• ISF filing.
• Data entry.

- issuing Arrival Notices

• Handling drayage, custom entry.

- collect payment from customers and oversea agents.

• Responsible for timely update to agents and importers.
• Assists the daytoday operations of the import department to ensure that customers requirements are met
• Ensure that file contains all necessary document copies in proper sequence
• Assists with ensuring that payment and MB/L surrender back to carriers for freight release.
• Trace shipment through transit points up to final destination and advice customer service as needed
• Ensures that highest level of data quality and integrity by processing shipment accurately
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Each of our operation team will handle shipments from A to Z.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS
- min 1+ years of experience in Ocean Import Operation/ freight forwarding industry (is a must).

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- must currently possess legal authorization to work in the United States
