Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee front desk operations
- Receiving purchase orders from customers
- Coordinate with production team to ensure orders are manufactured on time
- Bookkeeping
- Invoicing, AP, AR, payroll, etc
- Manage outgoing shipments and shipment schedules
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with sales as needed
- Assist with basic human resources tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferred experience with quickbooks but not necessary
- Knowledge of human resources processes is preferred
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Morganton, GA preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Morganton, GA 30560: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
