Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and oversee front desk operations
  • Receiving purchase orders from customers
  • Coordinate with production team to ensure orders are manufactured on time


  • Bookkeeping

  • Invoicing, AP, AR, payroll, etc
  • Manage outgoing shipments and shipment schedules
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with sales as needed
  • Assist with basic human resources tasks
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferred experience with quickbooks but not necessary
  • Knowledge of human resources processes is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.


Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour


Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Morganton, GA 30560: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
