Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for approximately 25% of the monthly working time in project management for the following tasks:

  • You will prepare project meetings and participate in them
  • You are responsible for creating and managing a project plan based on customer requirements
  • You will conduct regular internal project meetings
  • You will create and track a list of open items (LOP)
  • You will create procurement overviews for equipment, materials, tools, service providers, etc.
  • You are responsible for reporting according to customer and company requirements
  • You will ensure compliance with the project budget in coordination with other departments
  • You will escalate problems and open issues as needed
You will be responsible for approximately 75% of the monthly working time for process planning:

  • You will analyze storage areas and plan the new storage area
  • You will cluster storage locations and zones (TRM) according to the analysis
  • You are responsible for the redesign of sequencing and kanban routes based on the analysis
  • You will calculate the required number of employees and FFZ
  • You will plan the relocation from the old storage area to the new one
  • You will analyze the TRM structures and map them in the new storage area
  • You will be responsible for planning and integrating the scope from the external warehouse (EVZ)
  • You will be responsible for reviewing and adjusting work documents
  • You will prepare performance and stress tests and accompany them
