Description

Golden Grove Security is responsible for the strategic security of the Schwarz Group in the Heilbronn/Neckarsulm region, continuously assessing the current threat situation and ensuring a consistent level of security to protect the people, buildings, assets, and information of the Schwarz Group.

Your Responsibilities

Management and development of access control solutions throughout the product lifecycle
Independent project management
Consulting employees and departments on lock technology and access control
Analysis, prioritization, and resolution of issues from our internal ticket systems
Supporting operational activities and maintaining existing systems
Conducting functional tests and creating documentation

Your Profile

Technical education or degree with a focus on electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
Experience in planning and implementing security technology
Knowledge of network technology, access control systems, and related standards
High quality standards, structured work approach, and hands-on mentality
Strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office
