    Position Summary:

    Precious Pairs Inc. seeks a dedicated and experienced Grant Writer to join our team. The Grant Writer will be responsible for researching, developing, and writing proposals to receive funding from government agencies, private foundations, and other grant-making organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in grant writing and possess a deep understanding of disaster relief and preparedness.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Grant Research: Identify grant opportunities that align with the strategic goals of Precious Pairs Inc. regarding disaster preparedness and relief.
    • Proposal Development: Write compelling grant proposals and applications that clearly convey the mission and programs of Precious Pairs Inc. to potential funders.
    • Funding Strategy: Work collaboratively with the Director of Development and other team members to develop and implement a sustainable fundraising strategy.
    • Grant Management: Manage all aspects of the grant process, including submission, reporting, and compliance with grant conditions.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential funders.
    • Documentation: Maintain historical records of grant applications, including submissions, successes, and failures to refine future applications.
    • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on the performance of funded initiatives.
