Layered Cakerie (formerly known as Dolce) is a full-service bakery specializing in upscale pastries, desserts, coffees, and cakes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• interacting with guests to fulfill orders

- accurately ringing transactions into the register
- accurate cash handling
- making drinks according to recipe guidelines
- organizing and maintaining cleanliness of bakery showcases
- restocking showcases
- assisting guests in custom cake inquiries
- answering phone calls for reservations, cake orders, and take-out orders for the bistro
- wrapping cake slices, scooping cookies, and misc prep work to assist BOH production
- deep cleaning throughout the shift
- outgoing and friendly
- able to multi task efficiently
- able to work independently
- able to problem solve and be logical
- be neat, organized, and methodical
- pay attention to detail


Requirements:

- minimum 6 months experience in bakery setting
- barista experience preferred, but willing to train
- friendly, outgoing, and personable

Up to $20.00 per hour
