We are an IT service company with over 20 years of experience, specializing in cross-company integration of business processes in the healthcare industry as an EDI provider. Our clients include medical supply stores, rehabilitation equipment manufacturers, and health insurance companies. To support our team at our company location in Walldorf / Baden, we are currently looking for a new employee as

1st and 2nd level support with system administration (Linux) / (d/m/w).

Your tasks:

As part of our team, you will initially be familiarized with the support of our business process engine, monitoring processes and server infrastructure with the following points:

Business process engine (1st and 2nd level support):
- Make adjustments and optimizations to the engine (XML, XSLT, Xpath, ...)
- Handle program errors from occurrence to successful completion
- Continuously improve our support processes
- Act as a competent contact person for our clients
- With growing experience, you will develop automation processes for smooth operation
System administration in our own data center:
- Administration of server operating systems in the area of Linux, Docker and Kubernetes
- Planning, maintenance and support of existing and new IT systems
