Description

This is a company on the rise and we are looking to bring in a motivated part-time to full-time administrative assistant.

The majority of this work can be done remotely, but occasionally you will need to come in and check inventory, drop checks off to the bank, ship supplies out.

We install and service Hydrotherapy swim spas throughout the country.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparing documents and reports for service reports
  • Expense tracking
  • Booking travel for service technicians
  • Managing company calendar (google calendar)
  • Putting together invoices and estimate forms (information provided)
  • Ordering materials and tracking basic inventory
  • Other office tasks

Experience:


  • Must speak fluent English and be well spoken
  • Must be efficient with operating on MAC OS
  • Must be able to work in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (gmail, google calendar, etc)
  • Experience is Quickbooks online a massive plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
