Requirements for a Phillips 66 Co-op:
Required Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management (or equivalent field of study) or a Master's degree in Economics, Finance or MBA
Greater than 60 hours of earned college credit
Graduation date of August 2025 or later
Available for a part time working hours between 20-25 hours per week
Available to work at Houston, TX headquarters
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Previous internship or co-op participant in related industry or field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
