AHS2401 - Graduate / Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) in Project Management

Field: Construction / Real Estate

Location: Karlsruhe, Pforzheim, Stuttgart
Part-time / Full-time

Your Responsibilities

  • Project management of construction and real estate projects, such as commercial and administrative buildings, schools, banks, and production facilities
  • Participation in public procurement procedures according to VgV and others
  • Collaboration in teams for complex large-scale projects
  • Creation and updating of schedules, cost overviews, and contracts
  • Conducting meetings and managing reporting

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed technical studies (civil engineering, architecture or similar) and commercial understanding
  • First professional experience (e.g. internships) and practical application of HOAI and VOB desirable
  • Analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills, and communication abilities
  • Professional handling of software tools such as MS Office; MS Project and/or Oracle Primavera advantageous
  • Interest and willingness to consistently develop our methods and tools
