(RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:


Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

Essential Functions:


  • Minimum two years of experience in an office environment performing administrative duties
  • Maintain consistent controls to ensure accurate on hand count of product
  • Maintain consistent controls to ensure value of inventory is correct
  • Control issuance of inventory to field trucks
  • Ensure overstock from field trucks are returned to warehouse
  • Staging parts for installation field crews (pulling parts from warehouse inventory)
  • Provide installation teams with the necessary parts for their assigned projects
  • Maintain log of Purchase Orders, Shipping manifests, Sales Orders, and RMA's
  • Purchase materials for installations
  • Create and maintain processes to minimize parts loses and damages
  • Optimize existing processes to ensure efficiency
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks in a safe and responsible manner
  • Organizing and storing away received materials
  • Communicate and coordinate regularly with team members on inventory status, order status and potential issues
  • Update and manage program information utilizing software as required.

Physical Functions:


  • Capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and standing for extended periods
  • Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise level.
  • Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some evening and weekend hours as needed.
  • Regular travel as needed

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Minimum two years of experience in an office environment performing administrative duties
  • One year experience performing warehouse duties preferred

Knowledge/Skills:


  • Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
  • Knowledge of current office practices, procedures and ability to use office equipment
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good customer relations and telephone skills with the ability to effectively handle difficult customers
  • Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
  • Preferred bilingual (Spanish)

Pay Range:

$20/hr - $23/hr DOE
