    We are experiencing unprecedented growth and are expanding our team to meet the needs of the business. Lamy Inc. is seeking a passionate Sales Associate for the New York Flagship.


    As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for achieving strong sales targets, assisting with product, merchandise, and inventory management, developing your clientele, and establishing a seamless authentic client experience, all whilst delivering high operational and service standards, while adhering to the procedures and policies of the brand.


    You will act as an ambassador of the brand in the boutique and during off-site events; and report to the Brand Manager.


    Primary Duties & Key Responsibilities:
    Achieve and exceed personal targets (quantitative and qualitative)
    Support Boutique team to achieve and exceed sales objectives
    Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills

    Carry out administrative tasks such as: clients' follow up (sales, after sales service), general inquiries, handle clients complaints and concerns, answer to the telephone etc.

    Follow internal procedures and corporate guidelines related to daily operations (sales, payments methods, deposit, after sales service,, reporting, opening/closing etc.)
    Control inventory quality maintaining exceptional selling conditions.
    Anticipate clients' specific needs
    Represent the Brand inside and outside the Boutique
    Ensure highest level of service to After Sales Clients
    Manage complaints and proactively follow up on the repair process from registration to collection
    Ensures the timeliness of repairs taken in by the store
    Strive to achieve conversion in CS to sales


    Qualifications:
    5+ years of previous experience in luxury product sales, writing instruments, and/or stationery is preferred
    Customer Service experience is a plus
    Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
    Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities
    Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
    Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    Possess computer skills to operate retail POS system, Word, Excel and Outlook email
    Passion for writing instruments and familiarity with LAMY is a plus


    Expected Salary Range:
    $20

    per hour.
    This role is commission eligible.
