Typical responsibilities include:


  • Performs maintenance of electronic monitors and samplers for air quality measurements, including gas chromatography.
  • Integrates equipment of moderate complexity with data logging and computer systems.
  • Records test data and provides observation and interpretations of it.
  • Performs fieldwork, including but not limited to environmental sampling, operations and maintenance and inspections at client sites.
  • Other activities may include assisting with calculations, setting up and operating equipment, inspecting equipment and installations for compliance with specifications and maintaining proper project documentation.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications**:


  • High school plus 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license required as travel is required for the role.
  • Qualified applicants who are offered a position may need to pass a preemployment substance abuse test.
  • Physically able to handle changing out 80 pound gas cylinders.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Gas Chromatography.
  • Will need a TWIC card and be able to participate in background checks and drug testing pools as required by each of our client facilities in the area.
  • Experience maintaining and repairing electronic measurement devices.
  • Computer skills with software installation and basic troubleshooting.
