- Act as the Procore Admin with duties including project set up, documentation control, etc.
- Support the process of evaluating and implementing business technology solutions and processes.
- Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities for further efficiency.
- Update or develop detailed process documentation.
- Provide process and system training as needed.
- Support the implementation of Procore by monitoring usage, documenting processes, maintaining data accuracy, etc.
- Collaborate with management to identify key metrics and support the development of reports and tracking mechanisms for these.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and self-motivated

The Special Projects Coordinator will play a key role in the success of Mullins by driving operational efficiency through the development, support, and execution of various special projects. The SPC reports to the Operational Projects Manager.
