- Manage the flow and quality control of materials being modified in the shop.
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of materials.
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse and shop staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain efficient inventory management processes to optimize space utilization and minimize carrying costs.
- Ensure timely replenishment of inventory to meet customer demand.
- Track inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to coordinate transportation and ensure on-time delivery of material to customers.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and prevent discrepancies.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency within the warehouse.
- Manage facility maintenance to ensure the property, including the building, is clean and well-kept at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a warehouse manager or similar role, with a track record of successful leadership and operational management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions.
- Proficiency with Apple computers and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
