Your savvy communication skills ensure our calendar is packed with appointments that make a difference, driving our growth and enhancing our clients' journey.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.


Be the Hub:

Act as the central pulse of our office, juggling calls, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk with poise and vigor.

Verify patient information, insurance details, and obtain necessary authorizations, all while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.


Problem Solver Extraordinaire:

Handle inquiries and concerns with a winning combination of charm and efficiency, ensuring every client's needs are met with swift precision.

Collect co-payments, payments for services, and reconcile daily transactions, providing seamless administrative support to our clinical team.


Administrative Maestro:

Maintain patient records, coordinate with therapists and staff to manage patient flow, and assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.

Keep our reception area and waiting room clean and organized, handle incoming and outgoing communications, and monitor inventory of office and clinic supplies.


Compliance Champion:
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Participate in training programs and meetings to stay updated on clinic policies and procedures, ensuring our operations are always in line with the highest standards.


Versatile Support:

Assist with billing and insurance claims processing as needed, providing invaluable support to our team and ensuring the seamless operation of our clinic.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
