  • Adhering to call center scripts, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism under pressure.
