Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with resolutions.
- Adhering to call center scripts, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism under pressure.
