YOUR TASKS:


  • You are responsible for timely and qualityoriented order processing of customer orders in the automotive sector
  • You are the contact person (m/f/d) for internal and external customers regarding order status, product availability, and pricing
  • You create customer forecasts and enter them into SAP
  • You analyze order processes for existing trends and issues, and develop corresponding measures
  • You monitor inventory in consignment warehouses, including inventory counts and deviation analyses
  • You handle complaints, process claims, and issue credit and debit notes
  • You manage and maintain the customer portal and other systems
