Job Summary
We are wholesale synthetic grass company looking for someone to work full time Monday through Friday in our warehouse. Employee should speak fluent English, be dependable, on time, personable, and clean cut. Bilingual in Spanish.

Employee will cut synthetic turf and prepare orders for customer pickup, maintain a safe and clean work environment and keep track of all inventory shipping out and in stock.

This is a hands-on position using a forklift to pull rolls of turf from racks, unrolling, accurately cutting and re-rolling turf.

Employee will be collecting payment from customers prior to shipping out orders.

• There are no employees to supervise.

Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Knowledge of landscaping industry a plus

Qualifications and Skills

• Education
• High school diploma

• Previous Job Experience

• Warehouse experience

• Language Skills

• Fluency to speak and write in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ability to use powered forklifts and operate manual pallet jacks used in receiving, shipping, storing and moving warehouse materials and supplies. Forklift training can be provided.
• Ability to perform a variety of physical activities (e.g., pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, grabbing, carrying, walking, standing) to receive, store, and ship materials, supplies, and/or equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs to receive, store, and ship materials, supplies and/or equipment.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations (e.g., addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) and to determine the accuracy of mathematical calculations for creating orders, checking, counting, shipping and tracking material.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision or detailed instructions to maximize workplace productivity.
• Ability to verbally communicate with diplomacy and tact, especially concerning difficult and sensitive issues when dealing with the needs, problems and/or concerns of others.
• Ability to accurately track and record inventory shipping out of warehouse.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of materials and supplies in inventory in the warehouse.

From $22.00 per hour
