For our client, a clothing company based in Munich, we are currently looking for a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join their team in Benton, KY.

This is a full-time position and the start date is as soon as possible, with the option for direct placement.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing wholesale and business customers
  • Full management of the order book and aftersales processes
  • Coordination of delivery dates and tracking of shipments
  • Checking deadlines and discounts
  • Tracking order entry and product availability, as well as reconciling returns and cancellations
  • Project support on a national and international level

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training as an office manager (m/f/d), foreign language correspondent (m/f/d), or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
  • Detailoriented and solutionoriented work style
  • Reliability, strong communication skills, and interpersonal competence
