Your tasks

As a liaison between our members and our consultants:

  • First point of contact and service provider for our members
  • Scheduling and organizing consultation appointments, including preparation of all necessary documents for the appointment
  • If necessary, providing information to our members by phone and/or in writing about changes and updates, including appropriate documentation
  • Organizing internal and external meetings and events
As support for the consulting team in the area of consulting-related services and for all administrative and organizational tasks:

  • Review, processing, and updating of our members' applications
  • Taking all necessary steps to optimize and complete the application and approval process to the fullest satisfaction of our members
  • Close cooperation with the specialist departments
