Rinker Design Associates, LLC, is a private Virginia-Certified Small Business (DSBSD Certification # and a leading provider of professional civil engineering services to both the public and private sector. We are looking to hire a Director for our Right of Way Department.

Education/Required Experience

A minimum of ten (10) years of active Right of Way experience (appraising, negotiations, relocations, or legal) in Virginia.
Ability to manage and develop a professional Right of Way staff.
Ability to manage project and section schedules, budgets, and personnel.
A thorough understanding of the VDOT Right of Way process and the laws and regulations governing it.
Ability to deal and communicate effectively with the client, the public, and elected officials.
Ability to meet with potential clients and market the services offered by RDA.
Excellent communication skills as well as public speaking abilities and adeptness in a variety of social/business situations.

The salary range provided is for information purposes only. Salary offered will be based on qualifications, experience and work location.
