Project Assistant*in CAFM or Facility Management Specialist*in (m/f/d) for Building Management We are looking for a Project Assistant*in CAFM or Facility Management Specialist*in (m/f/d) for our building management department.
Your responsibilities:
You will work in a team to implement and build a modular CAFM system for building management and the entire city administration.
You will be responsible for data collection, management, and analysis. You will assist in structuring, evaluating, and optimizing data. You will share your knowledge through training and workshops with other team members.Your profile:
You have completed training as a master*in/specialist*in/technician*in/engineer*in (KG/DIN276) or in building management/facility management or property management with a technical and/or commercial background.
You have experience in project management, building data collection, and data management. You have knowledge of CAD programs, preferably Building Information Modeling (BIM), and are proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Ideally, you have experience with Facility Management software (CAFM). You can quickly understand and solve complex issues. You are a motivated and communicative team player.
